Manage the annual audit process for asset valuations, ensuring efficient coordination with auditors and timely resolution of queries. Maintain and update valuation policies and procedures, ensuring they reflect current regulatory and operational standards. Participate in internal committees and governance forums, contributing valuation insights and ensuring compliance with AIFM responsibilities. Develop and maintain the effective use of technology and automation within the valuation function to improve efficiency, consistency between locations and enhance the control environment. The Profile: • CFA, CAIA, ACCA (or equivalent) is a plus Minimum 7 years’ proven experience in the valuation of liquid and illiquid assets, including derivatives (OTC and non-OTC), private debt, and fund-of-funds structures. Key responsibilities You will build, manage, and grow your own portfolio of clients for our on-demand and interim solutions desk You will act as a trusted advisor, developing a deep understanding of client needs, structures, and decision-making You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from briefing through to placement and extensions You will proactively develop candidate networks and maintain high-quality interim talent pools You will balance commercial performance with an exceptional client and candidate experience You will actively develop your personal brand and contribute to the Greenfield brand in the market What we are looking for A minimum of three to five years’ experience in interim or contractor recruitment within Luxembourg Ability to win and deliver recruitment project Excellent commercial judgement, paired with a consultative mindset Strong communication and relationship-building skills A high degree of self-awareness, resilience, and ownership Alignment with Greenfield’s values and approach to talent advisory Fluency in English is essential. German and/or French are a strong advantage.
