Industrial Controller – Luxembourg | 5-Month Assignment

Greenfield Talent Advisory is recruiting an Industrial Controller for an international industrial organisation in Luxembourg. This is a five-month temporary assignment, starting in December 2026, available on a freelance or interim basis.

Assignment Details

• Location: Luxembourg.

• Contract: Freelance or interim assignment through Greenfield Talent Advisory.

• Duration: 5 months.

• Start date: December 2026.

• Work authorisation: Candidates must already hold valid authorisation to work in Luxembourg. No visa sponsorship is available.
   

The role:

• Manage monthly closing activities and cost controlling processes.

• Calculate and analyse product costs and profitability at unit level.

• Conduct price-volume-mix (PVM) analyses and monitor price evolution.

• Support budget preparation, forecasting and financial reporting.

• Coordinate with Finance teams and European production sites to ensure accurate and consistent financial information.

• Provide financial analyses and insights to support business performance monitoring and decision-making.

The skills required:

• Solid experience in Industrial Controlling, ideally within the automotive or metal industry.

• Strong command of SAP CO and product costing.

• Experience in cost analysis, profitability monitoring and financial reporting.

• Knowledge of Tagetik and Power BI is considered an advantage.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with Finance teams and operational stakeholders in an international environment.
