Technical Solutions Architect – Investment Software (AC643)

Our client, a fast-growing global fintech headquartered in Luxembourg, is looking for a Technical Solutions Architect - Investment Software to strengthen its international pre-sales organisation. Their proprietary platforms support fund administration and transfer agency activities for some of the world’s largest asset servicers, covering critical functions such as NAV calculation, intraday investment management, and investor lifecycle processes (KYC/AML). Backed by a leading private equity firm and operating independently, the company serves clients across Europe, APAC, and LATAM and continues to expand its global footprint.

Your impact
In this role, you will act as the technical engine of the sales cycle, working side by side with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Professional Services colleagues around the world. You will design solution architectures, lead client workshops, and translate complex technical capabilities into clear business outcomes for asset managers, asset servicers, and other institutional clients. By shaping solution design and building confidence with stakeholders, you will directly influence deal strategy, product adoption, and long-term client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
•    Lead in-depth technical discovery meetings to understand client environments, architecture, security, and regulatory constraints, as well as business goals.
•    Translate requirements into solution designs, architecture diagrams, integration approaches, and high-quality technical proposals.
•    Present the platform in a compelling, business-oriented way and explain sophisticated technical concepts in language that different stakeholder groups can easily understand.
•    Build and maintain trusted relationships with IT, architecture, security, and business teams on the client side.
•    Collaborate closely with functional pre-sales colleagues to define winning deal strategies and position the solution competitively.
•    Prepare the technical sections of client proposals and tender documents, ensuring they are accurate and consistent.
•    Keep abreast of new product capabilities, market developments, and competitor offerings to continuously refine your messaging.
•    Channel structured client feedback to Product Management and influence the product roadmap.
•    Work with Services teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation.
•    Own and maintain demo environments, including scripts, data sets, custom integrations, and reporting scenarios.

Your profile
•    Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field, or equivalent experience.
•    At least 5 years of experience in complex IT environments, ideally within the fund industry or financial services.
•    Strong knowledge of cloud and SaaS concepts and the ability to discuss them credibly with client technology teams.
•    Solid background in system integration, APIs, or solution architecture; experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle databases is a plus.
•    Any exposure to investment accounting or transfer agency platforms. Apache Camel, YAML or similar technologies will be considered an advantage.
•    Genuine curiosity for new technologies; interest in AI-driven solutions is highly appreciated.
•    Strong analytical mindset, structured problem-solving abilities, and the discipline to approach complex issues methodically.
•    Proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate client needs and continuously look for quality and efficiency improvements.

Soft skills
•    Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the confidence to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
•    Talent for simplifying complexity and addressing objections constructively.
•    Collaborative, customer-centric mindset and enjoyment of working in multilingual, multicultural teams distributed across geographies.
•    High level of ownership, resilience under pressure, and strong organisational skills; able to work autonomously while staying aligned with global stakeholders.
•    Fluent English (spoken and written); French and/or Arabic are significant assets.
•    Willingness to collaborate across time zones when needed in a global operating model.

What's on offer
•    Permanent contract (CDI), Luxembourg
•    Competitive salary package: bonus, lunch vouchers, pension scheme, 28 days leave
•    Ongoing technical and product training
•    A stable, international, and collaborative environment with a long-tenured team
