About our client
Our client is an international fintech company providing a market-leading SaaS platform to major institutions in the investment funds industry. Based in Luxembourg, they support clients across multiple jurisdictions with complex fund accounting, reporting and investor servicing operations. The business is stable, growing and known for the long-term tenure of its teams.
What you will be doing
You will play a central role in ensuring clients get the most out of a complex, high-stakes SaaS platform, from the moment a new implementation kicks off through to long-term technical support and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with clients and internal product teams to understand business needs and translate them into detailed functional specifications
- Configure and customise the platform, including JavaScript-driven logic, report templates, data integrations, workflow automation and output generation
- Design and execute rigorous test plans; produce comprehensive test reports and validation procedures for client sign-off
- Co-lead client demos and presentations, walking clients through configured solutions in a clear and structured way
- Own client issues end-to-end once implementations go live: diagnose root causes, coordinate fixes with development and product teams, and resolve within strict SLAs
- Maintain proactive, clear communication with clients throughout support cycles, ensuring they are always informed and confident
- Engage in ongoing training on new platform capabilities and evolving fund regulations
- Own end-to-end ticket management: root-cause analysis, prioritisation, resolution and client communication
- Meet strict SLAs with proactive updates and fast response times
- Contribute to internal quality, security and compliance processes to continuously raise the standard of delivery
