About our client
Our client is a growing international fintech company providing a market-leading SaaS platform to major institutions in the investment funds industry. Based in Luxembourg, they support clients across multiple jurisdictions with complex fund accounting, reporting, and investor servicing operations. The business is stable, growing, and known for the long-term tenure of its teams.

You will sit at the intersection of hands-on JavaScript development, client implementation, and team technical leadership. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain applications in a proprietary JavaScript framework used to build custom reporting solutions for fund administration clients
  • Bring architectural thinking to the codebase, define coding standards, review code and help structure things so they stay maintainable
  • Mentor and support less technical colleagues, guiding them towards better development practices
  • Work with clients and product teams to translate business needs into platform configurations, report templates and integrations
  • Own client issues end-to-end post-implementation: root-cause analysis, fixes and SLA management
  • Engage in ongoing training on platform capabilities and evolving fund regulations

Your profile

  • Structured, methodical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Easygoing team player who integrates naturally into a close-knit, experienced team
  • Fluent English (essential); French (strong plus); German (highly valued, genuine differentiator)

Nice-to-have
