About the Opportunity
Our client is a well-established private bank with European roots. As part of the further development of their Luxembourg platform, which acts as a central hub of activities for fund administration services within the group, we are mandated to secure their next Fund Operations Manager.
This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical expertise in UCITS and Private Equity with direct team management and stakeholder engagement. You'll take ownership of fund accounting oversight, NAV validation, and investor onboarding activities, ensuring delivery quality, control standards, and service excellence across the business.
The manager will lead a small team and ensure a high-control environment, timely reporting, and strong investor servicing.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical expertise in UCITS and Private Equity with direct team management and stakeholder engagement. The Role
- Manage daily operations of the Fund Administration and oversee & support the Transfer Agency teams, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution of all activities.
- Lead NAV delivery and second‑level controls for UCITS funds, validate and ensure robust pricing.
- Ensure full ownership of 3rd party AIF NAV and financial statement control, including daily operations, audit readiness and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee & support investor onboarding, AML/KYC checks, shareholder register maintenance, and processing of subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and corporate actions.
- Manage and deliver regulatory and AIFMD reporting, ensuring data integrity & timely submission and effective challenge of outsourced providers.
- Strengthen operational risk management, control frameworks, and audit outcomes across the fund services operations area.
- Drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and process optimisation initiatives.
The Person
Essential Experience
- Have 5+ years of experience in Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, or Fund Operations within a fund service provider preferably a bank or a management company.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications like ACA, ACCA and other accounting related certificates will be considered and asset
- Understand UCITS / AIFMD directives and Regulations as well as complex fund structures set up and operations with real exposure to Private Equity funds administration and operations (fund and investor onboarding, capital closings, capital calls, distributions, investor reporting).
- Experience with regulatory and AIFMD reporting obligations and comfortable managing outsourced activities to service providers.
- Communicate effectively in English; French and/or Greek is a strong advantage.
- Bring strong organizational skills, sound judgement, and the ability to lead teams with clarity and purpose.
