We are pleased to assist a leading Luxembourg-based management company specializing in alternative investments (real estate, private equity, RAIFs). Part of a strong international group, the firm offers a dynamic environment where professionals collaborate to deliver high-quality governance and regulatory services. We are supporting them in the search of a Senior Corporate Officer to act as an operational reference point within the team. The person will handle complex cases with high autonomy on operational matters and will contribute to the quality and continuity of the function, including mentoring junior colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full corporate lifecycle from incorporation through liquidation.
- Drafting, reviewing and coordinating complex corporate documentation.
- Organising board and shareholder meetings, including board packs and governance follow-up.
- Acting as a senior client contact, handling complex matters independently.
- Managing bank account openings and relationships with financial institutions.
- Coordinating annual audits and acting as the main liaison with external auditors.
- Managing relationships with clients, investors, AIFMs, depositaries, auditors, lawyers and notaries.
- Overseeing AML/KYC onboarding, reviews and monitoring with Compliance.
- Ensuring accurate and timely regulatory filings and publications.
- Maintaining the accuracy of corporate registers and internal databases.
- Mentoring and reviewing junior team members and supporting their professional development.
Profile
- Around 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within a fiduciary, PSF, fund administrator or corporate services provider in Luxembourg
- University degree in Law, Economics, Finance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg company law; knowledge of fund structures required
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex cases autonomously and mentor junior colleagues
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken) and working proficiency in French are required; Italian or Spanish would be considered an asset.
- Sound knowledge of AML/KYC and regulatory frameworks (RBE, FATCA, CRS)
- Proficient in MS Office tools; familiarity with fund administration systems is an asset
