Our client, a Luxembourg-based AIFM is seeking a senior oversight professional to support the Conducting Officer across portfolio management oversight (PE, RE, Private Debt), marketing & distribution oversight, IT/DORA governance, branch supervision, and regulatory compliance. The person will support the Conducting Officer across all major governance and oversight areas for a Luxembourg AIFM/ManCo managing Private Equity, Real Estate, and Private Debt strategies.

The Role:
- Portfolio Oversight — Monitor delegated PMs (PE & Private Debt) and investment advisers (Real Estate) via KPI trackers, periodic report reviews, and escalation processes. Cover sustainability/SFDR compliance and contribute to pre-deal analysis.
- Marketing & Distribution — Monitor cross-border marketing activities (EEA and beyond), oversee intermediaries, and ensure materials align with regulatory disclosure requirements.
- IT / DORA — Support DORA governance documentation, review IT service provider arrangements and DDQs, and maintain IT risk assessments and exit plans.
- Finance — Assist with own funds/liquidity monitoring, regulatory financial filings, and annual accounts/audit coordination.
- Branch Oversight — Monitor branch governance and maintain documentation on marketing and financial reporting activities.
- Regulatory Reporting — Prepare internal/external regulatory reports, contribute to Board and committee packs, and support remediation of audit or regulatory findings.
- 5+ years in an AIFM, ManCo, or asset management/regulatory advisory role, with hands-on exposure to PE, Real Estate, and Private Debt.
- Strong grasp of Luxembourg regulation (AIFMD, CSSF Circulars, DORA).
- Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
