About the Role
Reporting to the People, Organisation and HR Operations Director, you'll work in tandem with a payroll/C&B specialist: together you ensure time management, payroll preparation, and HR administration are always covered, while you take the lead on L&D and broader HR projects.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development

  • Design and adapt onboarding paths per function and team

HR Operations & Time Management

  • Act as the go-to person for employees on time recording, holidays, sick leave and daily HR queries
  • Administer the time management system (entering/adjusting absences, flex-time corrections, badge setup for new joiners)
  • Progressively digitize HR folders and employee records

Culture, Events & Change

  • Organize culture-building initiatives (recurring team lunches, small-group dialogue sessions, walking meetings), turning concepts into concrete plans, budgets and logistics
  • Support organizational development, HR diagnostics and change management projects during the company's transformation phase

HR Administration & Onboarding Logistics

  • Support employee lifecycle administration and compliance/policy implementation
  • Coordinate onboarding equipment, IT access and asset tracking for new hires

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' HR experience, ideally with L&D, talent development or employee engagement exposure
  • Fluency in French and/or German; professional English required
  • Coaching mindset, project-oriented, comfortable in a family business culture with strong emotional dynamics
  • Stress-resilient, proactive, and ready to build structure where little existed before

Practical Details

  • Location: Echternach area, Luxembourg, please confirm you're comfortable with this location before applying
  • Budget: up to 70-75K, adjusted based on your level of experience
  • On-site role (HR is a service function requiring in-office presence, 1 day from home)
