The Opportunity
Greenfield is pleased to support one of its clients in the search for a Corporate Finance Analyst to join its Luxembourg office.
Reporting to a Corporate Finance Associate, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the platform. This position offers broad exposure to finance, coordination, and operational topics within a fast-paced, international environment.

The local team is dynamic, multicultural, and fully integrated within a global organization.

Your Responsibilities
  • Billing & Coordination
    • Preparation and follow-up of contracts related to rent and service fees
    • Maintenance of entity records in coordination with legal teams
    • Issuance of invoices and credit notes, payment tracking, and reconciliations
    • Coordination with local accountants and external stakeholders
  • Financial Monitoring & Reporting
    • Support budgeting and cash flow monitoring
    • Input of monthly P&L data into internal reporting systems
  • Expense & Payment Management
    • Review and control of employee expense reports
    • Follow-up on approval workflows and payments
    • Reconciliation of corporate credit card statements
  • Audit & Compliance
    • Assistance with annual audit processes
  • Payroll & Benefits
    • Support in the administration and monitoring of employee benefits
  • General Administration
    • Involvement in HR-related matters, supplier coordination, and office management
    • Contribution to business continuity and operational processes

Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience in finance, treasury, or accounting combined with administrative exposure
  • Previous exposure to financial services or private markets is an asset
  • Fluent in French and English mandatory (both written and spoken)
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Service-oriented with a professional and proactive attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to take ownership and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Team player, comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
