The Opportunity Greenfield is pleased to support one of its clients in the search for a Corporate Finance Analyst to join its Luxembourg office. Reporting to a Corporate Finance Associate, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the platform. This position offers broad exposure to finance, coordination, and operational topics within a fast-paced, international environment.

Your Responsibilities
Billing & Coordination
Preparation and follow-up of contracts related to rent and service fees
Maintenance of entity records in coordination with legal teams
Issuance of invoices and credit notes, payment tracking, and reconciliations
Coordination with local accountants and external stakeholders
Financial Monitoring & Reporting
Support budgeting and cash flow monitoring
Input of monthly P&L data into internal reporting systems
Expense & Payment Management
Review and control of employee expense reports
Follow-up on approval workflows and payments
Reconciliation of corporate credit card statements
Audit & Compliance
Assistance with annual audit processes
Payroll & Benefits
Support in the administration and monitoring of employee benefits
General Administration
Involvement in HR-related matters, supplier coordination, and office management
Contribution to business continuity and operational processes
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience
Experience in finance, treasury, or accounting combined with administrative exposure
Previous exposure to financial services or private markets is an asset
Fluent in French and English mandatory (both written and spoken)
Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Word
Service-oriented with a professional and proactive attitude
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to take ownership and manage multiple tasks effectively
Team player, comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
