They specialize in entity management and investment solutions, managing substantial assets across various asset classes including Infrastructure, Real Estate, and alternative investments. With a focused team of professionals, they provide sophisticated corporate services and strategic support throughout the complete investment cycle.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a sharp, motivated Controller Associate to join our client's Luxembourg team. Due to significant growth and new fund launches, this role offers an exceptional in-house opportunity in the investment funds sector. After a few years, you'll serve as financial steward for your own diverse portfolio of Luxembourg-based investment entities.
You'll collaborate with multiple business units including legal, tax, deal teams, and senior controllers, gaining comprehensive exposure to global investment structuring and management throughout the entire investment lifecycle.

Your Role

  • Serve as financial point of contact for an assigned portfolio of fund-related entities
  • Manage full accounting cycle, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and treasury operations for investment vehicles
  • Coordinate fund cash flow activities in partnership with your manager and cross-departmental teams
  • Draft and/or review consolidated financial statements; support statutory audit processes
  • Maintain precision and punctuality across all internal and external financial communications
  • Process invoices and execute payments utilizing digital platforms (OCR technology)
  • Guarantee tax compliance and submit required regulatory filings
  • Cultivate productive relationships with both internal colleagues and external partners
Candidate Profile
We seek an intelligent, inquisitive, and dedicated professional who excels within high-performing environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
  • ACCA qualification or equivalent certification (strongly preferred)
  • University degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related discipline
  • 2–4 years professional experience within fund administration, audit practices, or financial services
  • Knowledge of Luxembourg GAAP (additional GAAP frameworks advantageous)
  • Genuine interest in private credit, equity, real estate, and alternative fund structures
  • Track record collaborating with international, cross-border teams
  • Exceptional precision and commitment to accuracy
  • Proactive, ownership-driven approach to responsibilities
  • Accountability for overall entity financial health
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
