Co-Manager | Luxury Watch & Jewelry Boutique (Retail Sector – Luxembourg City)

Our client, a prestigious luxury maison specializing in high-end timepieces and fine jewelry, is seeking its future Co-Manager to support the management team in the daily operations and continued growth of its boutique, ideally located in the heart of Luxembourg City.
Representing some of the most renowned international watch and jewelry brands, this house offers a refined environment where passion, precision, and excellence meet every day.

Your main responsibilities
Brand relations: Manage and strengthen a portfolio of leading international brands, negotiate and maintain strategic partnerships, and represent the maison during major Swiss watchmaking fairs.
Sales & client advisory: Engage an international and discerning clientele, build trusted relationships with VIP customers, and share your passion through authentic storytelling.
Marketing & events: Create exclusive client experiences, host private events, and collaborate on high-end marketing initiatives.
Operations management: Oversee boutique operations including orders, stock, and after-sales service, analyze performance indicators, and work alongside a dedicated team of 12 professionals.

Your profile
Prior experience in luxury watch and jewelry retail is essential.
Deep knowledge of fine watchmaking (brand heritage, mechanical principles, complications)
Proven passion for the world of luxury horology.
Familiarity with jewelry and precious materials is a plus.
Outgoing personality and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation abilities and commercial acumen.
Results-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit and sense of discretion.

Languages:
French: fluent (mandatory)
English: fluent (required)
German: highly desirable
Luxembourgish: asset


Conditions & benefits
Work schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00–18:00 (extended hours during December).
