Administrative & HR Coordinator – Part Time – 3 months contract

We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrative & HR Coordinator to support our client day-to-day operations. This role combines employee administration, recruitment coordination, and general office support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and ensuring processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
 
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Ensure all required documentation is collected prior to an employee's start date.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
  • Collect and verify employee information, including payroll and banking details.
  • Track the completion and filing of employment contracts and other onboarding documentation.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the business.
  • Prepare agendas and supporting documentation for internal meetings.
  • Coordinate and support regular operational meetings.
  • Assist with document management, correspondence, and general office administration.
  • Carry out additional administrative duties as required.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage interview scheduling and calendar coordination.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks related to hiring activities.

Profile
 
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, reliable, and service-oriented approach.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in an administrative, HR, recruitment coordination, or office support role is advantageous.
