Accounts Payable Officer – 12 months CDD - 500
We are thrilled to present an opportunity to work with our esteemed partner, a leading Real Estate company, seeking for an extra support within their Accounting and Treasury team, in their search for a German speaking Accounts Payable Officer for a 12 months CDD. This role perfectly suited for a candidate with a previous experience in this field in Luxembourg and who can start within 2 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily finance and administrative operations in collaboration with accounting and treasury functions, ensuring smooth processing with limited supervision
- Oversee operational and administrative activities linked to financial portfolios and transactions
- Manage payment workflows, control tracking, and cash record updates
- Handle vendor onboarding and maintain supplier records and documentation controls
- Support process improvements, internal controls, and procedure implementation
- Contribute to reporting tasks, cross-team support, and ad hoc operational projects.
Background & Qualifications
- First proven experience in AP/AR function in Luxembourg.
- Full professional fluency in German and English; additional languages considered an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to foster a positive, collaborative team environment within a distributed operating model.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of assigned responsibilities and delivering high-quality work to tight deadlines.
- A proactive “can-do” attitude with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
- Eligible to live and work in Luxembourg
