About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our on-demand and interim deskThis is a senior, entrepreneurial 360-degree role for someone who already understands the Luxembourg market and is ready to build and grow a desk with genuine backing from the business. You will work in partnership with the Directors to develop and execute a clear multi-year business plan, aligned with Greenfield’s broader strategy and values.You will take full ownership of your client portfolio, from business development and advisory conversations through to delivery and long-term account management. The role is open to candidates based in Luxembourg or the wider region, with strong existing market connectivity.
Key responsibilities
You will build, manage, and grow your own portfolio of clients for our on-demand and interim solutions desk
You will act as a trusted advisor, developing a deep understanding of client needs, structures, and decision-making
You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from briefing through to placement and extensions
You will proactively develop candidate networks and maintain high-quality interim talent pools
You will balance commercial performance with an exceptional client and candidate experience
You will actively develop your personal brand and contribute to the Greenfield brand in the market
What we are looking for
A minimum of three to five years’ experience in interim or contractor recruitment within Luxembourg
Ability to win and deliver recruitment project
Excellent commercial judgement, paired with a consultative mindset
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A high degree of self-awareness, resilience, and ownership
Alignment with Greenfield’s values and approach to talent advisory
Fluency in English is essential. German and/or French are a strong advantage.
Career development
This is a Senior Consultant role reporting directly to the Directors of the business.There is a clear pathway to Managing Consultant, based on the achievement of agreed performance targets across both commercial outcomes and qualitative measures such as client impact, leadership, and contribution to the wider team.We support long-term development and mastery in recruitment, not short-term billing at the expense of long-term client value.
